NetSuite NetSuite Live

NetSuite stays the system of record.
Disbo posts to it.

Disbo reads your chart of accounts, customers, vendors and bank deposits, and posts the settlement deposit and each payout as one entry in your memo format. Posting stays read-only until you switch it on.

What stays where

Keep your books. NetSuite stays the system of record.

Disbo posts after the payout is approved. Everything before that is yours.

One trust ledger, customers as client ledgers

Each client is a customer under one trust liability ledger. Per-client sub-accounts are set up with our team.

Your memo, every line

Each payout is posted with your memo template and posting date, and the check number as the document number.

Receipts and interest posted

The settlement deposit is posted and matched to the customer.

Voids in open periods; a log for closed ones

A void and reissue posts in an open period. For a closed period, Disbo gives you the void log and you post the reversal.

Trust and operating, connected separately

Trust and operating are connected separately. An MSO file is left out.

Nothing moves out of NetSuite

The chart of accounts and vendors are read, never changed.
