Points are earned automatically as you use Disbo. Every settlement processed, referral made, invoice submitted, and case completed adds points to your balance. You also earn bonus points for completing onboarding steps, connecting your bank account, and referring other firms to the platform. No manual claiming is needed -- your balance updates in real time.
Points can be redeemed for exclusive deals from our curated partner network. This includes free months of case management software, discounts on lien negotiation services, credits for legal marketing platforms, reduced rates on staffing services, and more. Each reward has a point cost listed in the Rewards Shop, and new deals are added monthly.
There are three tiers: Bronze (0-24,999 points), Silver (25,000-99,999 points), and Gold (100,000+ points). Higher tiers unlock better deals, early access to new partner offers, bonus point multipliers, and exclusive rewards not available at lower tiers. Tier status is based on lifetime points earned and never expires once achieved.
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, individual rewards may have expiration dates after they are claimed. Each claimed reward clearly displays its expiry date in the My Rewards section, so you always know when to use it.
